Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy
  • Educate customers on Chase's suite of personal banking products, such as checking, savings, and credit cards
  • Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to partners for more complex financial solutions
  • Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal Chase policies
  • Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, managing teller equipment, and ensuring a secure environment
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues to meet branch goals
  • Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to enhance customer experience
  • Promote Chase's community involvement initiatives in San Francisco
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold Chase's service standards

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of background check and any required regulatory exams
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
