Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Kent Place Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries related to checking, savings, and credit products
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate opportunities for JPMorgan Chase investment, lending, or wealth management services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Utilize JPMorgan Chase's digital tools to support online banking enrollments and troubleshooting
• Ensure the branch environment is secure, organized, and welcoming for all visitors
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and financial products

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Satisfactory background check and credit history
