Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Kent Place Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate Chase financial specialists for investment or lending needs
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies during client interactions
• Utilize digital tools to support clients with online banking setup and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with branch team to ensure a seamless and secure client experience
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reconciliations

Required Qualifications
