  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and community engagement initiatives in Park City
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reconciliations
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options
  • Escalate complex issues to senior bankers or managers while providing interim support
  • Participate in branch events and training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software applications
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting in a branch setting
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting
