Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Lenexa Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining checking, savings, and other deposit accounts
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for credit products, investments, and wealth management services
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Handle cash drawer reconciliation and report any discrepancies promptly
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to build JPMorgan Chase's presence in Lenexa, KS

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and handle cash transactions accurately
• Proficiency in using computer systems and banking software
• Availability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting
