Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
  • Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and adoption
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support branch operations
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reconciliations
  • Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices
  • Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by upholding JPMorgan Chase's high standards of integrity and professionalism

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, or willingness to learn
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check
