Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Mills Civic Pkwy and Stagecoach Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and understanding JPMorgan Chase's suite of financial products
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers or specialists for investment, mortgage, or credit solutions
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, managing teller equipment, and ensuring a secure environment
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
• Contribute to branch sales goals by promoting relevant products like credit cards and savings accounts
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client care

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies
