Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Mission St Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as savings accounts, credit cards, or investment options
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
  • Handle cash management and balancing duties at the end of each shift
  • Assist with resolving client inquiries and escalating complex issues to senior bankers
  • Promote a safe and inclusive environment, particularly serving the diverse San Francisco community
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and financial industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
