Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-centered approach
  • Assist clients with everyday banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Chase banking systems
  • Identify client needs and refer appropriate opportunities for Chase personal banking, credit, and investment products
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Support branch operations in a new build environment, including setup and client onboarding
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawer daily
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools to enhance their financial journey
  • Contribute to branch goals by promoting Chase's commitment to financial health

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a banking or financial institution
