Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality at the 135th and Antioch Branch in Overland Park, KS
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients in opening new accounts and explaining JPMorgan Chase banking products
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers for investment or lending services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal JPMorgan Chase policies
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
• Support branch operations during the new build phase, including setup and client onboarding
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to enhance satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on financial products and digital banking tools

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch hours
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal banking regulations
