Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Belfair Village Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, or investment services
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with branch team to support community events and client engagement initiatives in Bluffton, SC
• Utilize JPMorgan Chase digital tools to educate clients on online banking and mobile app features
• Handle client escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly to uphold the firm's reputation for client care

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
