Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Belfair Village Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase banking products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving client inquiries efficiently
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and security
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client experiences
• Handle cash and secure branch assets responsibly during part-time shifts
• Participate in branch events and community outreach in Bluffton, SC to build local relationships
• Support anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check
