Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Beltline and 6th Branch in Decatur, AL
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
• Promote digital banking tools to encourage seamless client interactions and self-service options
• Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the new build branch environment
• Handle cash responsibly and balance teller drawers at the end of each shift
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and financial products
• Escalate complex issues to senior bankers or managers while ensuring client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch hours
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local area if needed

Preferred Qualifications
