Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Bunker Lake Blvd and Quinn St branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and referrals
• Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Comply with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and support community initiatives
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Promote digital banking solutions to help clients utilize JP Morgan Chase's mobile app and online platforms

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Andover, MN location
