Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new East Springfield Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the new build branch environment
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options
  • Monitor for fraudulent activity and report suspicious transactions per JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach in East Springfield, MA

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch hours
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the East Springfield Branch
