Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new East Springfield Branch
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries related to checking, savings, and credit products
  • Promote and sell JPMorgan Chase banking solutions, such as credit cards and digital tools, to meet client needs
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized Chase teams for investments, mortgages, or business banking
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team to support community events and initiatives in East Springfield, MA
  • Handle cash vault management and reconcile daily transactions to ensure branch security
  • Utilize Chase technology systems to deliver seamless client service and resolve issues promptly

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
