  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for investment, lending, or wealth management services to specialized teams
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Assist in branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Support marketing initiatives for the new build branch, promoting JP Morgan Chase products and services
  • Collaborate with branch team to ensure a seamless client experience in a high-traffic retail banking environment
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold service standards
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on financial products and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
