Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Foley Branch, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate JP Morgan Chase products and services, such as loans or investment options
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, managing teller equipment, and preparing daily reports

Required Qualifications
