  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about products like checking, savings, and credit cards
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, lending, or investment services to branch specialists
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Support branch operations in the new build Heathcote Marketplace location, including merchandising and client education on digital tools
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to branch sales goals
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reconciliations
  • Promote JPMorgan Chase's digital banking platforms to enhance client convenience and self-service options
  • Participate in community outreach events in Haymarket, VA, to build local relationships and brand awareness

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and some evenings as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of background check and any required regulatory training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy
