Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Johnson Drive Mission Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal checking, savings, and credit accounts
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate opportunities for JP Morgan Chase products like mortgages, investments, and credit cards
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing deposits, and ensuring a secure environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JP Morgan Chase's reputation for client care

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
