Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Lafayette Crossing Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for JPMorgan Chase banking, credit, and investment products
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving client inquiries efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client satisfaction metrics
• Handle cash and secure branch assets responsibly during part-time shifts
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience
• Participate in branch events and community outreach in North Hampton, NH
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment in the new build facility

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch hours
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the North Hampton, NH location

Preferred Qualifications
