Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Lafayette Crossing Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate JP Morgan Chase products and services, such as checking accounts or credit cards
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations in a fast-paced, new-build environment
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options to promote convenience
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawer daily and reporting discrepancies promptly
• Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by upholding JP Morgan Chase's brand standards
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on banking products and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Satisfactory background check and credit history
