Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Lexington Mass Ave Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and utilizing digital banking tools
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as credit cards, savings accounts, and investment options
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support branch operations and achieve sales goals
  • Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Support the branch during its new build phase by participating in setup and promotional activities
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices in client service

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a banking or financial institution
