Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Lindale Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to promote seamless online services
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and achieve sales goals
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while balancing teller drawers at the end of shifts
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and security best practices to build trust
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to strengthen local relationships in Lindale, TX
• Document client interactions in the bank's CRM system for accurate record-keeping

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
