Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Mullica Hill branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Assist in branch operations, such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Build and nurture client relationships to promote loyalty and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support a seamless client experience in the new build facility
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for superior service
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on banking products, digital tools, and security best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
