In this entry-level position within the Consumer & Community Banking division, you will support everyday banking needs while fostering long-term relationships with clients in the local community. Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Mullica Hill branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
• Promote digital banking tools to encourage seamless client interactions and self-service options
• Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and community engagement initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the new build branch, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities to prevent fraud, in line with JPMorgan Chase's risk management protocols
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on banking regulations and JPMorgan Chase policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a financial services or retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the Mullica Hill, NJ branch
