Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Naismith and W 23rd branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
• Promote digital banking tools to enhance client convenience
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior staff
• Participate in branch events and community outreach in Lawrence, KS

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
