Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Naismith and W 23rd branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
• Identify opportunities to recommend JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure secure and ethical operations
• Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and achieve sales goals
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to uphold client satisfaction
• Participate in branch events and community outreach in Lawrence, KS to build local relationships
• Monitor and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts to ensure financial accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch hours
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the Lawrence, KS branch location
