Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new New Hope Logan Square Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and utilizing JPMorgan Chase's suite of financial products
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized bankers for investment, mortgage, or wealth management services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to support branch openings, events, and community outreach in New Hope, PA
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Perform branch maintenance tasks such as balancing cash drawers and preparing daily reports
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices in client care and sales

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check
