Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Nolensville Branch, embodying JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to enhance their financial experience
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
  • Assist in branch operations during the new build phase, including setup and client onboarding events
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Participate in community outreach in Nolensville to build brand awareness for JPMorgan Chase

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
