Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first approach
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings accurately and efficiently
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking, savings, and credit solutions
• Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to enhance client digital experiences
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless service
• Handle cash management and balancing daily transactions with precision
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices
• Support branch events and community initiatives in Garner, NC to build local relationships
• Document client interactions in CRM systems for personalized follow-up

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch hours
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
