  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to promote seamless online services
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding client service
  • Handle cash management and balancing of teller drawers at the end of shifts
  • Support branch events and community outreach initiatives in Phoenixville, PA
  • Resolve client inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior bankers when necessary

Required Qualifications
