Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Pine Island and Burnt Store Rd branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic banking inquiries
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers for investment or lending products
• Maintain compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies, federal regulations, and anti-money laundering procedures
• Support branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience in the new build environment
• Promote digital banking tools to enhance client self-service options
• Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to build local relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Cape Coral location
