Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support everyday banking needs for our diverse client base in the Summerville area, fostering long-term relationships while upholding the highest standards of integrity and service excellence that define JP Morgan Chase. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing transactions with precision, educating clients on digital banking tools, and identifying opportunities to connect them with our comprehensive suite of financial solutions, from personal checking accounts to investment advisory services. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JP Morgan Chase's client-centered approach
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about products like checking, savings, and credit cards
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, lending, or investment services to specialized teams
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Operate branch equipment such as ATMs, vaults, and teller systems securely
  • Contribute to branch goals by participating in sales initiatives and client retention efforts
  • Ensure the branch environment is clean, organized, and welcoming, especially in our new build location
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during peak hours
  • Stay updated on JP Morgan Chase policies, procedures, and industry trends through ongoing training

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a banking or financial institution
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with teller systems or financial software
