Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new South Cedar Rapids Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts, explaining JPMorgan Chase offerings
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for loans, investments, or credit cards to branch specialists
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing reports, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app and online platforms
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster long-term relationships
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to promote JPMorgan Chase in Cedar Rapids

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch hours
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Basic proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Availability to work in the new South Cedar Rapids Branch location

Preferred Qualifications
