Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new South Cedar Rapids Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate opportunities for JPMorgan Chase banking, credit, and investment products
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Assist in branch operations such as balancing cash drawers, vault management, and ATM reconciliation
• Collaborate with team members to support the successful launch and ongoing operations of the new build branch
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options to promote seamless financial management
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Participate in branch marketing events and community outreach in Cedar Rapids to build local relationships
• Adhere to JPMorgan Chase's risk management and security standards in all daily activities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Knowledge of basic banking products and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Previous experience in a banking or financial institution
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or another language spoken in the Cedar Rapids community
