Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-centric culture
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries about products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate Chase financial specialists for investment or lending needs
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial integrity
• Support branch operations in the new build at Stephans Way and US6, including merchandising and client education on digital banking tools
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance the overall client experience
• Handle client escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting to the Silverthorne, CO branch
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with banking regulations
