Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's brand standards
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, or investment options
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and troubleshooting for both in-branch and digital banking services
• Educate clients on fraud prevention, security features, and safe banking practices
• Collaborate with branch team to support new build initiatives and community engagement in Silverthorne, CO
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including KYC and AML procedures
• Handle cash balancing and vault management to ensure operational integrity
• Support peak-hour operations at the Stephens Way and US6 Branch, adapting to part-time schedule demands

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
