  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and troubleshooting for both in-branch and digital banking services
  • Educate clients on fraud prevention, security features, and safe banking practices

  • Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including KYC and AML procedures

Required Qualifications
