In this dynamic role, you'll support everyday banking needs while helping clients discover the full suite of JPMorgan Chase's innovative financial solutions, from personal checking and savings accounts to credit cards and wealth management services. Your contributions will help establish the branch as a trusted hub for financial wellness in Tooele, fostering long-term client relationships in a welcoming, state-of-the-art environment. Key to success in this position is your ability to provide seamless service at the teller line, processing transactions with precision while identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement. You'll collaborate with a motivated team during the branch's launch phase, participating in setup activities, training, and community events to drive foot traffic and brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Tooele Branch, embodying JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and refer appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment services
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team to support the successful launch and operations of the new build branch
  • Promote digital banking tools to enhance client convenience and engagement
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing drawers daily and reporting discrepancies
  • Participate in community outreach events in Tooele to build local relationships and brand awareness
  • Support team training and development during the branch's initial setup phase

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Strong ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and financial software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Tooele, UT location
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
