  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Tooele Branch, embodying JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
  • Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and adoption of Chase mobile app features
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support branch goals and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reconciliations
  • Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices specific to JPMorgan Chase
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach to build local relationships in Tooele, UT

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
