Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Trussville branch, embodying JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, product inquiries, and basic financial advice tailored to their needs
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate Chase financial specialists for investment or lending solutions
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure secure and ethical operations
  • Support branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Promote digital banking tools to enhance client convenience and adoption of Chase mobile and online platforms
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment in the new build location
  • Handle client escalations professionally, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
