Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in the new Waltons Corner branch, providing exceptional hospitality and personalized service
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings
• Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers for investment, lending, or wealth management services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Support branch operations during the new build phase, including setup and team collaboration
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction
• Promote Chase consumer and business banking products to drive growth
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals
• Ensure a clean, welcoming environment in line with Chase's brand standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Augusta, GA location
