Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Waltons Corner branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic banking inquiries
• Promote and sell JPMorgan Chase consumer banking products such as checking accounts and credit cards
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team to support new build operations and client onboarding
• Handle cash vault responsibilities and reconcile daily transactions
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through personalized service
• Support digital banking initiatives by educating clients on mobile apps and online tools
• Ensure a clean and welcoming branch environment in line with JPMorgan Chase standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client interaction
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
