Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Northeast Minneapolis Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries related to checking, savings, and credit products
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for mortgages, investments, and small business banking to specialized teams
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to strengthen JPMorgan Chase's presence in Northeast Minneapolis

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Knowledge of basic banking products and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Previous experience in a banking or financial institution
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or another language spoken in the Minneapolis community
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase systems and processes
