Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JP Morgan Chase's client-centered approach
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings accurately and efficiently
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Assist in branch operations, including cash handling, balancing teller drawers, and preparing daily reports
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support community outreach initiatives in Odessa
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers
• Promote digital banking tools to encourage seamless client experiences through JP Morgan Chase's mobile app and online platforms

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Odessa area if required
