Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Ontario Branch
  • Process a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business checking, savings, and other deposit accounts
  • Identify client needs and refer appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as credit cards, loans, and investment services
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
  • Handle cash vault management and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers as needed
  • Support branch operations by preparing reports and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
  • Knowledge of basic banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
  • Previous experience in a banking or financial institution
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
