Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Revere Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business checking, savings, and other deposit accounts
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as credit cards, loans, and investment options
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers when necessary
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support branch operations
  • Perform cash handling and balancing duties to ensure secure and accurate financial transactions

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including flexible scheduling that may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software
