Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Salem Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries related to checking, savings, and credit products
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for JPMorgan Chase investment, lending, and wealth management services
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
  • Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior bankers or managers

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
