Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience at the Sheridan and 80th Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase digital tools
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for credit, investment, and mortgage products to branch specialists
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse clientele in Arvada, CO
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Support branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions to promote self-service options
• Handle escalated client issues with empathy and professionalism

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Availability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
• Successful completion of background check and compliance training
