Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality at the South Western and 119th Branch in Oklahoma City
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about JPMorgan Chase banking products
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for loans, credit cards, and investment services to branch specialists
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support branch operations by managing lobby flow and providing administrative assistance
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools like Chase Mobile app and online platforms
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled at the South Western and 119th Branch
  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
  • Knowledge of basic banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
